UBC Fall Festival, Saturday, October 31! Come in costume for a morning of fun, fellowship, and food. If you’ve never seen a life-size foosball game…come and join us. Make your way through a giant cardboard maze and then watch the Walker boys and their rockets. We’ve got music, hotdogs, caramel apples, and more. Join us for a morning full of excitement from 10:00 am until noon.
The Thames PTA is sponsoring the Pumpkin Patch on the UBC front lawn! The pumpkins will arrive at 8:30 am on Saturday, October 17. Volunteers are needed to help unload and set up the patch. See page 7 for details and contact information.
UBC Youth will travel to New Orleans on Saturday, October 17, to tackle the Kamba Kourse. This platform stands 44 feet high and has nearly three dozen elements designed to test agility, balance, and strength for visitors of all ages and abilities. We’ll try our athleticism on the ropes, see the animals, and have a meal together. Cost is $15. Sign up with Kat.
Church-wide trip to Heifer International in Little Rock, Arkansas, October 9-12. Spend a day at the Heifer Ranch and take part in their Animal Connections program.
