OUR CAMPUS

Located just a few blocks south of USM and west of Forrest General Hospital, the UBC campus is actively used by our community.

You are welcome on our grounds at any time. Whether finding a space for solitude and reflection in our new Columbarium and Memorial Garden or shooting hoops in the back parking lot, we hope we can serve as a place of rest and community gathering for our Midtown neighbors.

Many civic organizations–from the Pinebelt Quilters to the University Heights Neighborhood Association–use our space for meetings and meals. We also regularly open our sanctuary to the School of Music at USM and others who need space for recitals or weddings.

The Phyllis Downey Gallery

Whether it’s supporting the many talented artists surrounding Hattiesburg or featuring our artists in residents, we believe that art can express wonder, expand imagination, and evoke compassion - which are all ingredients of a mature faith and fearless spirituality.
