First Sunday Fellowship is taking a break for the summer.
Throughout the summer UBC and Ekklesia children will be participating in Mission Bible Days from 9 am-12 pm. Age 4 through 6th grade are invited to come for a morning of Bible activities, crafts, games, and community mission projects. The remaining dates are July 9, and July 23. See Caroline Nurkin to sign up or for more details. Reservations must be made at least 4 days prior to each event.
The congregation is invited to bring an offering of canned/non-perishable goods through July 7 to support our children as they collect items for their Mission Bible Day. The children will deliver the items to Edwards Street Fellowship Center’s food pantry. Donations may be left in the church office.
Bring your favorite project to share and join the Crafters every third Monday of the month at 6:30 pm in the parlor.
On Tuesday, August 6, UBC will host a book signing for Jim Dant. He will have copies of his newest book, Finding Your Voice. More information about the book signing will be available soon.
