April 4th BACK DOOR
Special Benefit Night
The Back Door is pleased to feature another eclectic evening of offerings. Our friends at Hattiesburg Civic Light Opera will be performing a few songs from their upcoming production of Les Miserables and our other musical treat will be the return of WYATT WATERS who amazed us with his skills as a singer/songwriter in his own right! Also capping off our wide ranging evening will be an original reading from local writer and entrepreneur JAMES MOORE.
Profits for April’s coffeehouse will go the Prison Ministry of U.B.C. which publishes a monthly newsletter with articles and sometimes poetry and art from participating Mississippi inmates. This is a personal ministry that sometimes is able to assist newly released men and women seeking positive and productive ways to re-enter the wider world.
The show begins at 7:30 pm (doors open by 7:00) around back at 3200 Arlington Loop (U.B.C.), Hattiesburg, MS.
Gourmet Coffee / Soft drinks / popcorn /treats Childcare available in church nursery
(Suggested donation for April’s show is $10– Any and all donations, great or small, are appreciated.)
